It can recognise an error from a photo of the machine display, with a modest, practical answer.

For refunds, lost items, repeated faults or anything it cannot resolve, the assistant gathers the context.

The owner receives a notification with a summary and decides what to do when a person is needed.

Hands over the chat
A person answers in the same chat, and the assistant stays quiet while that person handles the case.

Staff can take over any chat at any time.

How it knows your laundromat

Lavadinho knows your machines, their sizes, prices, frequent questions and error codes.

It is connected to PagaLava, the payment and machine-control system. Today, Lavadinho depends on PagaLava.

Where it stands

Today The assistant is already working at the company's own self-service laundromats.

For other laundromats Lavadinho is not available yet. This page accepts waiting-list requests.
